Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses solely on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of open roles, allowing you to concentrate on recruitment without client interaction. Ideal for an individual who thrives in a high-performance, commission-driven environment, this role requires a strong aptitude for candidate engagement and placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Proactively source and connect with potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other recruitment tools to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct in-depth phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for specific roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Candidate Guidance: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insights into the role, the hiring process, and essential preparation tips to optimize their chances of success.
Database Management: Keep accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, progress, and status in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring up-to-date candidate pipelines.
Follow-Up & Placement: Stay in close contact with placed candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process and support for any questions or concerns.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to maintain a competitive edge in candidate sourcing.
Qualifications:
Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency setting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for engaging candidates and building rapport.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple candidate pipelines, track progress efficiently, and manage time effectively in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS systems, job boards, and social media recruitment platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on recruitment experience.
