Role Description
The Asesor de Atención al Cliente Portugués - Inglés will be responsible for delivering professional customer support in both Portuguese and English. Daily tasks include managing inbound customer queries via multiple communication channels (phone, email, or chat), resolving customer issues, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and accurately documenting interactions. This is a full-time, on-site position located in San Isidro.

Qualifications
* Experience in Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction
* Strong skills in Telephone Manner, Customer Support, and Customer Service
* Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally and solve problems effectively
* Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service tools
* Previous experience in call centers or customer service roles is a plus
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed

BENEFITS:
* Salary: S/. 1,600.00 + Transport + Language Bonus + Commissions
* Full payroll benefits in accordance with Peruvian labor law

WORK LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:
* 5 days a week – 8 hours per day (changes may apply according to summer time)
* On-site work at the office during the first 6 months (non-negotiable)

Interviews will be conducted in Portuguese and English.
