ABOUT THIS JOB: In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone calls and WhatsApp. Your main responsibility will be to effectively and friendly address and resolve customer inquiries, as well as forward requests to the appropriate internal departments.

PREFERRED SKILLS OR KNOWLEDGE: We are looking for customer orientated candidates with at least one year of experience in customer service, who are available to work in person in Miraflores (Lima, Peru) on rotating shifts. Candidates should be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling & punctuation and the willingness to work part of a team. It’s also very important to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all records and communications.
